[Bug] Consistent Error 11 after changing SIM Cards?

I use a provider (Ting) that allows the use of either the GSM (T-Mobile) or CDMA (Sprint) networks. I recently switched from GSM to CDMA and now I have no GPS signal. I've tried turn off and on the phone, switching off location services, then back on, using Wi-Fi and data both, uninstalling and installing the game, logging out and back in, nothing fixes the issue, I'm still trapped in a featureless void. I can still access my pokemon, items, and friends, but no GPS to be found.

Fixes? All features outside of PoGo work totally fine.
