Any trick to make gps drifting?

My two phones used to drift around whenever I was in the office, but since last third update until now it cannot drift anymore and my avatars in the app always stand in the same spot forever which was impossible in the past, but this only happened in my office (34th floor) where my house (13 floor) or places that will drift seems still behaving the same, I was wondering and what happened to my office, anything you guys can suggest? As I spend 8hours x 5 days a week in the office and I used to be able to hatch egg so much easier, nowadays it is so much difficult or one day can’t even hatch a 2km egg :(

Anything I can do to make it drift again? What possibility that caused this also?

I know I can walk and certainly I do but since I spend most time in the office for work I thought gps drifting is kinda nice for buddy candy and hatching, just extra bonus but nowadays I don’t have these bonus anymore
