I'm convinced its not possible, and I'd like to see video proof that it occurs. Record the FULL encounter, and prove to me its possible.
Some may argue "Well a 400cp rattata is high level!" yes, it is. It's also a RATTATA. Anyone who uses a great or ultra ball on it is giving into Niantic's BS. And I don't want to hear excuses about how we should be using berries on rats to catch them, blah blah. More niantic ass kissing.
I'm making this post because there has recently been an onslaught of complaints about the aggressiveness of Rattata on this sub and other pokemon go forums / subreddits. I'm happy to see awareness is increasing of this major bug, but there are still naysayers suggesting that this is normal. That's why I want some video proof of "normal" rattata please.
