My rockruff is literally level 62. I haven't been able to evolve it so far since I have ultra moon and I don't want to wake up at 5 AM just to evolve a pokemon. Today I finally did level it up at 5:42 AM and it did not evolve. My DS time is definitely right, so why didn't it evolve? I got it back in January during the event so it is definitely the right type of rockruff, and no, it's not holding an everstone.
