Soo,i played this game since it launched,and played with my friends seriously until august 2016,at that point the gyms in our town were full of spoofers that made me give up,that and the low amount of pokestops and gyms in my area,i did play it from time to time with friends. I recently got back into it,I still seem to see people with high levels in gyms or high CP pokemons sometimes.
Is there a way to figure out players that spoof?The gym near my house got a player *edited the name out,name made me think he is a spoofer*,and my first thought was that it might be some sort of a spoofer but that guy has level 24 and that got me confused,I did see some weird names in some of the gyms that I have checked out.
Can i simply report them to Niantic,like without being fully sure they are spoofers,like more in a way to check them out?Do they usually respond to these kinds of things fast?
Edit:I took another look,his level is 34.
