After being out and about for the Eevee community day, just got back in and checked all my catches, which left me a bit confused and seeking clarification.
In the end, I caught 105 Eevee. 5 of which were shiny (and caught in the first 20), 2 were simply amazing (top tier), but both level 8, with an overall average IV being around 45-55%. Hopefully I get some better IV's tomorrow!
So I went on a streak of 86 non-shiny encounters. I agree I was super lucky at the start, but the overall numbers just seem out of whack.
Does anyone happen to know the encounter rate for a shiny? Cheers!
