I recently took in a foster kitten. She is three months old and very sweet. My only problem is that she has a very hard time sleeping at night. I always keep her in a separate room, in her crate. I put a blanket over her crate to help calm her a bit. She still cries all night. I feel so bad, but I also want sleep. I was told to just leave her be and she’ll eventually go to sleep, but she just won’t stop. Am I doing something wrong? How can I get her to stop crying and how can I comfort her without giving in? She needs to learn to sleep at night, but this is breaking my heart.
