Need advice for cat door training

My cat seems untrainable. I left the hole in the door for a week before installing the cat door. Then I installed the door and left it propped open at night and she will use it with only some hesitation. But getting her to do it on her own seems impossible. She will only go if the door is held open far enough that she can stick her face through up to her ears. For almost a week now twice a day I have tried running her through the following:Holding the door open and calling her through then letting it rest on her head as she comes through (this works).Shaking the treat bag on the other side of the door with the door held slightly open (she'll only come through if she can get her head in).Coaxing her through the door while it's closed with the treat bag (she just meows).Putting the treat right in the door crack so she can smell it and almost get it (she licks the door but makes no attempt to push).Throwing a treat through the door, letting it close, then just pushing her through head first (which she gladly puts up with for treats but in no way gives her the idea to try it herself). She has not attempted anything to get the door open. She will lie on the other side of the door and sometimes meow but doesn't paw at it or anything, even with treats.I need help and ideas. I can't prop her little door open for her indefinitely and the fact that she's not even starting to make any attempts worries me. Thank you!
