Hello! Ok so it's like this: Quite recently my roomie got a kitten. (This is Lucy.) However even more recently my roomie got a new boyfriend, and on top of that she works a lot while I'm unemployed and so it's ended up being me taking care of Lucy for the most part. But I don't know that much about cats, and even less about kittens. I've lived with cats before, but not small kittens. I do need general advice about that. Is there something she should not eat that's not a big deal for grown cats, for example? How much do I need to play with her and stuff? I try to do it a bit but I'm bipolar and most days I have a hard time mustering the energy to play with her as much as I feel I should... I don't know, there's probably questions I don't even know I should ask about this; like i said, I just need advice on kittens in general.Even more specifically, I need to ask what to do about her peeing everywhere. Just over a week ago she has started peeing in our beds and she does it every other day now. Why is she doing this? What can I do about it? It seems like most of the time she goes in the litter box, but then she does this sometimes. It's actually what prompted me to finally make this post; I've been meaning to for a few days but just now I heard my roomie yelling at Lucy to not pee in her bed (I guess she caught her just as she was about to go) so Lucie came running straight to my bedroom and peed in my bed instead before I realized what she was doing.Really could do with some advice here. Got any for me? Or perhaps a link to somewhere I could read up on this stuff?
