I am about to play Pokémon Platinum for the first time but have no idea which Pokémon are good to use for this game. I’d appreciate it if you guys and gals could give me some suggestions, but preferably no legendaries/mythicals or Pokémon unobtainable in generation 4. Thank you for your help!
Edit: Thanks for all your suggestions guys! In the end I’ve decided to go with Infernape, Staraptor, Gardevoir, Garchomp, Abomasnow, and Drapion.
