Yes this is a shitpost but I can't help but do it half the time when I watch episodes. I have to get it off my chest.
Mao/Mallow ends up the super-hot, bubbly popular girl that breaks all the boys hearts. She'll end up marrying a buff dude (the kind of guy who posts pictures of himself on instagram doing nature-y things, but only to show off), having multiple kids, and living a relatively easy and carefree life from all appearances on instagram and facebook, but privately she can't help but feel that something is missing in her life.
Lillie ends up with multiple PHds or MDs, a hot rich nerd girl who gets burned by bad boys repeatedly because she can't help but be drawn to them and try to tame them. More Gary Oak types bad boys than Team Rocket criminals though.
Mamane/Sophocles admits his feelings for Mao/Mallow but he's a chunky nerd so she turns him down and "just wants to be friends." Bitter over the experience, he grows up to become a rich and successful programming/computer nerd of some type, supporter of the alt-right and regular user of hookers and prostitutes, but deep down he never got over the heartbreak of being turned down by Mao/Mallow
Kiwae/Kaki is the dependable, strong but nice guy who sort of gets overlooked by the girls in high school because he's boring and passionate about goofy things, but not by the girls who are looking for a stable and supportive man. Suiren/Lana is likewise the regular girl who doesn't have boys trampling all over each other like Mallow/Mao to get to her, but she's the kind of girl whose similarly dependable and supportive and has a fun personality. These two marry right out of high school to the shock of nobody, have many babies, and live out their days as a hard working farm couple. Their marriage is part of the reason Mao/Mallow thinks she's missing something in her life.
Ash/Satoshi remains 10 years old even as the others grow older, creeping everyone around him out and mystifying scientists. He becomes a minor media sensation as the boy who never ages, and even hundreds of years in the future, urban legends persist of people meeting a clumsy but good-hearted young boy who never ages and his eternal partner pokemon Pikachu, together forever chasing the dream of becoming a Pokemon Master
