So, we've all made our custom teams before, picking which pokemon we'd have by our side. However, I want to take it a step further. We all know that shinies exist as alternate colorations. However, in addition to official shinies, other discolorations and versions of various pokemon have also existed. Pink Butterfree, purple Kecleon, and Az's Floette are just a few examples. I will limit and say that pokemon like Crystal Onix, Spiky-Eared Pichu, the shadow pokemon from Gale of Darkness, or any special pokemon from the anime that know moves they shouldn't are out of the question. Basically the only "custom" side of it will be the coloration, as it has been shown that colors outside of shinies can exist across all the various media. In the end, I'll have a team that skillwise, I could use in an actual game, but visually would be my unique team.
For a TL;DR that just includes just the names and colorations, skip to the bottom, otherwise, I'll be continuing with the in depth analysis of like moves and stuff.
We'll assume perfect nature, IVs, and EVs. Held Items, moves, and abilities will be chosen somewhat optimally, but in the end, I'll choose what I want them to have over what is necessarily the most optimized for them.
So, first and foremost, my main man Noivern. This is my favorite pokemon and my custom colors for him are what sparked this entire idea. I would keep the black body, however, I would make the green/purple parts of him the same red as his nose and claws, which in turn would be white to match his neck fur.As for skills, He'd have the Infiltrator ability, the moves Tailwind, Hurricane, Boomburst, and Draco Meteor.
Would be holding Flyinium Z to boost Tailwind.
Next up is Rayquaza, who could be replaced by Houndoom in "no legendary" rules. Houndoom would have a megastone. Rayquaza would basically just be shiny Rayquaza, but with red instead of gold/yellow. Houndoom would be all black, even on the muzzle and underbelly, with red bones. Rayquaza is my favoite legendary and Houndoom is my favorite mega evolution.Skillwise, Rayquaza will have its only abilities, Air Lock and Delta Stream, along with the moves Dragon Ascent, Fly, Hyper Beam, and Draco Meteor
He'd hold Leftovers, pretty self explanatory reason.
Houndoom would have Flash Fire and Solar Power, along with the moves Inferno, Flamethrower, Overheat, and Nasty Plot.
Third on the list is Absol, obviously with a mega stone. Take shiny absol, make her fur black, and bam, perfection for me. Absol is my favorite Dark type, which is my favorite type.Her abilities would be Justice and Magic Bounce, with the moves Perish Song, Pursuit, Foul Play, and Sucker Punch
Then we've got Umbreon, my favorite eeveelution. Same treatment as shiny Rayquaza, keep the black, but change the gold to red.Umbreon's ability would be Synchronize and its moves would be Snatch, Screech, Fake Tears, and Mean LookHeld item would be Normalium Z for Mean Look.
Almost to the end is Scyther, my favorite gen 1/nostalgia pokemon. Mine would be all black with red "scythes."Ability would be Technician, and moves would be Aerial Ace, U-Turn, Wing Attack, and Baton Pass.It would hold an Expert's Belt just to really hit home those super effective moves.
Finally, we have Mightyena. This is my favorite pokemon from gen 3, which is my favorite gen. Colorwise, I'd make the main body black with all the fur tufts and markings red.It would have the Intimidate ability and the moves Taunt, Howl, Crunch, and AssuranceIt would have a Darkinium Z for Taunt.
As for me, the trainer, imagine all those rocker dudes with the guitars, but ya know, personalized to look like me. I could see myself as the gym leader of a Dark gym themed around heavy metal and edgy stuff. I definitely have the same mindset as the Dark trainer Karen, in that strong vs weak makes no difference to me, I just want my favorite pokemon by my side. All 6 (and my +1 for no legendaries) are my favorite in some regard.

TL;DR is below:Noivern - Favorite pokemon overall, black body as normal, red where the purple/green are, and white on the nose, claws, and neck fur
Rayquaza (with mega) - Favorite legendary, Basically a shiny, but change all the gold/yellow markings to red
Houndoom (with mega) - Favorite Mega-Evolution, a stand-in for Rayquaza if "no legendaries" is a thing. Make the muzzle/underbelly black like the rest of it, and then change the bones to red.
Absol (with mega) - Favorite Dark type (my favorite type), essentially just the shiny with black fur
Umbreon - Favorite eeveelution, gets the same color treatment as shiny Rayquaza, replace the gold with red
Scyther - Favorite gen 1/nostalgia pokemon, Black body with red "scythes"
Mightyena - Favorite from gen 3 (my favorite gen), Rather than light gray/black, it would be black/red respectively.
