I recently saw a YouTube video that a guy performed an experiment to inject Generation 5 Pokemon (e.g. Victini) to a Generation 4 save file (Platinum, Heartgold, etc.), to see how the game reacts(?) to those inappropriate Pokemon.

He said he used PKM files to transfer Gen5 pokemon to games in 4th generation.
I tried to do the same thing with PKHex, which is a type of editing program, but it blocks my Victini PKM file to be injected to the Soulsilver save file as it is smart enough to automatically recognize generations of each files. (and shows an error that Gen5 Pokemon cannot be loaded in Gen4 save file) Are there any possible methods to do this?
Also, is there a way to create glitch Pokemon with Pokedex number 000 in every generation using editing programs? (like the video below)
